Craftevoa offers custom craft services, workshops, and tutorials led by skilled artisans. Each service includes project planning, materials, and personalized guidance.

2.2 Information Products

We provide digital guides, ebooks, and video tutorials that focus on craft techniques, design inspiration, and step-by-step project instructions.

2.3 Physical Goods

Our marketplace features handcrafted items such as home decor, accessories, and personalized gifts. Products are made by independent creators and shipped to the address you specify.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Handmade Services

You may reschedule a booked service by notifying us at least 48 hours before the start time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a partial amount may be returned via your original payment method. For custom services that have been initiated and materials prepared, no refund will be provided due to the tailored nature of production and labor.

3.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be credited back through your original payment method. After 7 days, all sales are final.

3.3 Physical Goods

You may return undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team with proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
